AZ \u00c9RINTETTEK JOGAI:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9relmezheti az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\"><br \/>a) t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s\u00e1t szem\u00e9lyes adatai kezel\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l,<br \/>b) szem\u00e9lyes adatainak helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, valamint<br \/>c) szem\u00e9lyes adatainak &#8211; a k\u00f6telez\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9s kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel &#8211; t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t vagy z\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1t.<br \/>Az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9relm\u00e9re az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ad az \u00e9rintett \u00e1ltala kezelt, illetve az \u00e1ltala feldolgozott adatair\u00f3l, azok forr\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1r\u00f3l, jogalapj\u00e1r\u00f3l, id\u0151tartam\u00e1r\u00f3l, az adatkezel\u00e9ssel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9r\u0151l, az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyeir\u0151l, hat\u00e1sair\u00f3l \u00e9s az elh\u00e1r\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra megtett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekr\u0151l, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 &#8211; az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatainak esetleges tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n &#8211; az adattov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1s jogalapj\u00e1r\u00f3l \u00e9s c\u00edmzettj\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Az <\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0&#8211; ha bels\u0151 adatv\u00e9delmi felel\u0151ssel rendelkezik, a bels\u0151 adatv\u00e9delmi felel\u0151s \u00fatj\u00e1n &#8211; az adatv\u00e9delmi incidenssel kapcsolatos int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se, valamint az \u00e9rintett t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1st vezet, amely tartalmazza az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatok k\u00f6r\u00e9t, az adatv\u00e9delmi incidenssel \u00e9rintettek k\u00f6r\u00e9t \u00e9s sz\u00e1m\u00e1t, az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens id\u0151pontj\u00e1t, k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyeit, hat\u00e1sait \u00e9s az elh\u00e1r\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra megtett int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket, valamint az adatkezel\u00e9st el\u0151\u00edr\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyban meghat\u00e1rozott egy\u00e9b adatokat.<br \/>Az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0k\u00f6teles a k\u00e9relem beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott legr\u00f6videbb id\u0151 alatt, legfeljebb azonban 25 napon bel\u00fcl, k\u00f6z\u00e9rthet\u0151 form\u00e1ban, az \u00e9rintett erre ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 k\u00e9relm\u00e9re \u00edr\u00e1sban megadni a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st.<br \/>A t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s ingyenes, ha a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st k\u00e9r\u0151 a foly\u00f3 \u00e9vben azonos adatk\u00f6rre vonatkoz\u00f3 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1si k\u00e9relmet az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0m\u00e9g nem ny\u00fajtott be. Egy\u00e9b esetekben az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0k\u00f6lts\u00e9gt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st \u00e1llap\u00edthat meg.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0a szem\u00e9lyes adatot t\u00f6rli, ha<br \/>I) kezel\u00e9se jogellenes;<br \/>II) az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9ri;<br \/>III) az hi\u00e1nyos vagy t\u00e9ves &#8211; \u00e9s ez az \u00e1llapot jogszer\u0171en nem orvosolhat\u00f3 -, felt\u00e9ve, hogy a t\u00f6rl\u00e9st t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny nem z\u00e1rja ki;<br \/>IV) az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lja megsz\u0171nt, vagy az adatok t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1nak t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben meghat\u00e1rozott hat\u00e1rideje lej\u00e1rt;<br \/>V) azt a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g vagy a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g elrendelte.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">A helyesb\u00edt\u00e9sr\u0151l, a z\u00e1rol\u00e1sr\u00f3l, a megjel\u00f6l\u00e9sr\u0151l \u00e9s a t\u00f6rl\u00e9sr\u0151l az \u00e9rintettet, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 mindazokat \u00e9rtes\u00edteni kell, akiknek kor\u00e1bban az adatot adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1ra tov\u00e1bb\u00edtott\u00e1k. Az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s mell\u0151zhet\u0151, ha ez az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1ra val\u00f3 tekintettel az \u00e9rintett jogos \u00e9rdek\u00e9t nem s\u00e9rti.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Ha az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0az \u00e9rintett helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s, z\u00e1rol\u00e1s vagy t\u00f6rl\u00e9s ir\u00e1nti k\u00e9relm\u00e9t nem teljes\u00edti, a k\u00e9relem k\u00e9zhezv\u00e9tel\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151 30 napon bel\u00fcl \u00edr\u00e1sban vagy az \u00e9rintett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val elektronikus \u00faton k\u00f6zli a helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s, z\u00e1rol\u00e1s vagy t\u00f6rl\u00e9s ir\u00e1nti k\u00e9relem elutas\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak t\u00e9nybeli \u00e9s jogi indokait. A helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s, t\u00f6rl\u00e9s vagy z\u00e1rol\u00e1s ir\u00e1nti k\u00e9relem elutas\u00edt\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi jogorvoslat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordul\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">7. TILTAKOZ\u00c1S A SZEM\u00c9LYES ADATOK KEZEL\u00c9SE ELLEN:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Az \u00e9rintett tiltakozhat szem\u00e9lyes adat\u00e1nak kezel\u00e9se ellen,<br \/>a) ha a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se vagy tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sa kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0vonatkoz\u00f3 jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">, adat\u00e1tvev\u0151 vagy harmadik szem\u00e9ly jogos \u00e9rdek\u00e9nek \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, kiv\u00e9ve k\u00f6telez\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n;<br \/>b) ha a szem\u00e9lyes adat felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa vagy tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sa k\u00f6zvetlen \u00fczletszerz\u00e9s, k\u00f6zv\u00e9lem\u00e9ny-kutat\u00e1s vagy tudom\u00e1nyos kutat\u00e1s c\u00e9lj\u00e1ra t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik; valamint<br \/>c) t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben meghat\u00e1rozott egy\u00e9b esetben.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0a tiltakoz\u00e1st a k\u00e9relem beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott legr\u00f6videbb id\u0151n bel\u00fcl, de legfeljebb 15 napon bel\u00fcl megvizsg\u00e1lja, annak megalapozotts\u00e1ga k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9ben d\u00f6nt\u00e9st hoz, \u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l a k\u00e9relmez\u0151t \u00edr\u00e1sban t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Ha az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0az \u00e9rintett tiltakoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak megalapozotts\u00e1g\u00e1t meg\u00e1llap\u00edtja, az adatkezel\u00e9st &#8211; bele\u00e9rtve a tov\u00e1bbi adatfelv\u00e9telt \u00e9s adattov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1st is &#8211; megsz\u00fcnteti, \u00e9s az adatokat z\u00e1rolja, valamint a tiltakoz\u00e1sr\u00f3l, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az annak alapj\u00e1n tett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekr\u0151l \u00e9rtes\u00edti mindazokat, akik r\u00e9sz\u00e9re a tiltakoz\u00e1ssal \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatot kor\u00e1bban tov\u00e1bb\u00edtotta, \u00e9s akik k\u00f6telesek int\u00e9zkedni a tiltakoz\u00e1si jog \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Ha az \u00e9rintett az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0meghozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9vel nem \u00e9rt egyet, illetve ha az Adatkezel\u0151 a fenti hat\u00e1rid\u0151t elmulasztja, az \u00e9rintett &#8211; a d\u00f6nt\u00e9s k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l, illetve a hat\u00e1rid\u0151 utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">Amennyiben az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatai kezel\u00e9se ellen tiltakozik, avagy b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi jogorvoslattal \u00e9l, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 amennyiben harmadik szem\u00e9lyt\u0151l olyan adatk\u00f6zl\u00e9sre ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 megkeres\u00e9s \u00e9rkezik, mely nem az \u00e9rintett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1n alapul, \u00fagy a fentiek jogszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9nek elb\u00edr\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges k\u00f6rben az adatok az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0\u00e1ltal megb\u00edzott jogi k\u00e9pvisel\u0151k r\u00e9sz\u00e9re is kiadhat\u00f3k.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">8. B\u00cdR\u00d3S\u00c1GI JOGORVOSLAT:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">K\u00e9rj\u00fck a tisztelt Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3kat, hogy amennyiben \u00fagy \u00e9rzik, hogy az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0megs\u00e9rtette a szem\u00e9lyes adatok v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez f\u0171z\u0151d\u0151 jogaikat, akkor vegy\u00e9k fel vel\u00fcnk a kapcsolatot, hogy az esetleges jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9st orvosolhassuk.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Norm_l\"><span class=\"tm6\">T\u00e1j\u00e9koztatjuk a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3kat tov\u00e1bb\u00e1, hogy az \u00e9rintett a jogainak megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0ellen b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat. A per az\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"tm5\">Adatkezel\u0151<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tm6\">\u00a0sz\u00e9khelye szerinti, vagy az \u00e9rintett v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa szerint az \u00e9rintett lak\u00f3helye vagy tart\u00f3zkod\u00e1si helye szerinti t\u00f6rv\u00e9nysz\u00e9k el\u0151tt is megind\u00edthat\u00f3.
